Set of 6 William Guerin Limoges Hand Painted Signed Guthman Art Nouveau Yellow Roses & Gold 7 1/4 Inch Plates. Pretty set of 6 porcelain dessert plates. Decorated in the Art Nouveau style with hand painted yellow roses with red scrollwork stems/thorns and green leaves over heavy gold gilding. Dark green and gold gilding along the edge. Signed Guthman on the back.

Marked in green on the back Limoges WG & Co France. This is an underglaze whiteware mark used by William Guerin in Limoges France between 1900 and 1932. These have some wear to the gilding and some wear to the high points of the molding, but are in otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Each plate measures approximately 7 1/4 inches wide. These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the pieces.
