Mavaleix Granger Limoges Handpainted Cabinet Plate Artist Signed Barbarin

  

Beautiful French landscape cabinet plate produced by P. Granger (Limoges) and handpainted by the artist "Barbarin" whose name is found in the lower left hand portion of the painting. Accented by gold flowers and a charming dragon fly. In excellent condition -- no chips or cracks.

Also marked with the mark of a decorator, who would have been responsible for the cobalt and gold embellishment. I was unable to find information on this mark.
