Jean Pouyat Limoges Hand Painted Signed MM Garrett Edwardian Lady & Gold Portrait Plate Nice antique porcelain plate. Decorated with a hand painted portrait of a brunette lady in a white dress with a large black plumed ha with pink roses.

Has an orange border with gold gilding along the edge and small gold scrolls. Signed by the artist MM Garrett. Marked on the reverse J. This mark was used by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France between 1891 and 1932. Has a few small scratches to the background, some wear to the gilding, and a small chip to the back edge, but otherwise good condition.

Measures approximately 8 3/4 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
