With gold gilding along the edge. Signed by the artist Leony.

Marked on the reverse in green J. This mark was used by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France between 1891 and 1932. Pouyat Limoges in a wreath. This is an overglaze decorating mark used by Jean Pouyat in Limoges France between 1906 and 1932.
