It has a stunning'Bleu Céleste' Sevres or Limoges style. It has been signed on the right bottom of the portrait by A. It has two beautifully gold gilt rims as well.

Probably made in the Limoges region, in France. Very decorative and unique piece! Diameter plate: about 8 3/4 inch / 22 cm. No chips, cracks or restores.
