Spectacular plate with highly relief floral gold encrustation on the verge of these plate with medallion depicting roses in vase. It is hand painted by the Limoges designated artist. There's a full 1.5 inch deep highly embellished border. Note the double gold covering on the foot of the plate to prevent scratching the plate underneath. Made for the very high end family.
