ATQ, Latrille Freres, Old Abbey, Limoges France, Porcelain Set 12 Plates, Replacements Ltd. Salad plates, 7.5 in diameter. Hand painted, raised gold rim.

Circa 1899 - 1913, based on makers mark, such Antique moniker. The mark with the star is the makers mark of Latrille Freres Limoges Porcelain Company, France. The old Abbey mark is the trade name of the decorating studio of Latrille Freres, meaning the plates were made and decorated by the same company.

The pottery started in 1898 and closed in 1913. Early operations of the factory occurred in an old abbey, hence the use of the'Old Abbey' mark. Gold remains firm and intact. Flaws: one plate is chipped on rim. Please see photo's attached for details.
