This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in France by A. Lantinier Limoges in the 1890s. Both the porcelain and the decoration were done at the factory. The saucer is 5 3/4 inches in diameter. The cup is 1 3/4 inches tall with a diameter of 3 5/8.

The set is made of fine, translucent porcelain. It is professionally hand painted with vibrantly colored poppies. Are gold ribbons floating in the decoration, giving it a distinct art nouveau flavor.
