Lanternier Limoges Hand-Painted Bird Dessert Plates & Cake Stand Set of 10. Offering a gorgeous set of antique hand-painted dessert plates & cake stand by A. Plates each have a different hand-painted bird perched on a lilac branch on a beautifully shaped embossed and scalloped shaped blank finished with gold trim.
Each back is stamped with two A. Plates measure 9 ¼ in diameter. Cake Stand measures 9 ¼ in diameter x 4 5/8 high. The dessert set is in good antique condition; though please note the following issues. The cake stand has four chips on the rim three on the underside and one on the top- though due to the coloring and shape, they are not particularly noticeable. There are also a few minor scratches and gold loss on the rim commensurate with age and use.The dessert plates have gold wear and a few have minor scratching commensurate with age and use. Three of the plates have minor chipping to the rims and one plate has a chip on foot rim. An absolutely lovely dessert set to delight your friends or family!
