(29 Piece) 1951-58 D&C France'Dusty Pink & Pinecones' Hand Painted/Signed DESSERT SET. Lovely set completed over a number of years and many individually signed by either L. And a handwritten year of completion on the backstamp. The color is deep rose. Clearly hand-painted during different years the back ground have modest variation in colors- mainly.

The restrained and nature inspired pinecones would work exceptionally well. In a mid-century modern or craftsman home. There is quite a variety of items from a small teapot to a 2 cigarette ashtray and toothpick holder.

I imagine the artist must have really loved painting these detailed pinecones (photo #2, #3) and kept true. To the look and size over the years.
