Beautiful 11 piece Limoges Fish Set including: One serving platter (approx 24" by 10.5") Eight plates (approx 9" diameter) Sauce pitcher (approx 3.5" by 7") and underplate (approx 9.5" by 6.5") Pieces have scalloped borders with beading; decor is hand-painted with different fish on all pieces, artist signed "De Nerval. Coiffe Mark 3 in green and LRI Mark in gray-green. The book is called The Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain, by Mary Frank Gaston, 1980, and is in used condition. Note the set listed is not the EXACT same one (for one thing, the book set says it had 10 plates; this set has 8, whether some were broken or lost, I do not know), but the likeness is striking.

All pieces are in good condition--beautifully painted, EXCEPT there is a chip on ONE plate (see the last 3 photos).
