Vintage 1905 Hand Painted Pickard Porcelain Pitcher J. Fuchs Signed T&V Limoges

  

This is one of 28 pieces of Pickard I will be listing, so if you are a Pickard collector, be sure to check out my other listings. Most of the items I will be listing would be considered Museum Quality, and most are hand signed. Some have stickers showing they were once on display. This cider pitcher was made between 1905 and 1910. It measures just under 6 inches and has a heavy layer of 24k gold, which the Pickard artists were known for.

Each piece is hand painted by an artist. This piece is signed J. It is also marked T&V Limoges France. (Tressman & Vaught) Beautiful piece! Pickard China was started in 1894.

They are considered to be one of the highest quality hand painted porcelain producers. They provide the China for the Presidents. Pickard pieces are also on display at the Art Institute of Chicago.
