T&V Limoges Hand Painted Violets & Gold Dragonfly Handle Demitasse Cup & Saucer. Pretty porcelain demitasse cup with dragonfly handle and three cabriolet style legs and saucer.

Decorated with hand painted purple violet flowers. Gold gilding to the rim, handle, and feet. The saucer is marked in green T & V Limoges France. This is an underglaze whiteware mark used by Tressemann & Vogt in Limoges France between 1892 and 1907. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.

The cup measures approximately 3 1/2 inches wide including the handle x 2 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 4 3/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
