All plates are rimmed with gold trim and feature one particular Orchid species. These plates are great for either a plant or orchid lover. The Larin names of the orchid are written by the artist on the backs of the plates. The four types of orchids represented in this collection include.

Lycaste Skinneri (Virginalis) - The Epiphyte Orchid. Phalaenopsis Stuartiana - The Orchid Moth. Cattleya Gigas (Warscewiczii) - The Warscewcz's Orchid.

Stanhopea Martiana - The Orchid Species. All plates are generally in very good condition. One has a small chip to it rim and another has a chip on the underside's base rim. They all ping nicely as the porcelain is solidly in tact.
