Signed by Maxwell Rean, Klipphahn one of Picard's best and most prolific artists. Packard Studio Mark 5 (circa 1905 - 1910). Tressemann & Vogt , Limoges France (circa 1892 - 1907). NO porcelain chips, cracks, repairs. There is a small gold paint flake near the bottom of the bowl (picture #8).
