Incredible hand painting of 4 dogs on a flat porcelain plaque. It is in excellent condition with minimal wear for its age. There are no chips cracks or scratches. Please excuse the glare from the light on this plaque. This piece measures a large 12 1/4 inches in diameter and will look gorgeous framed. It is signed by the very masterful artist R Scholz. It bears the William Guerin Limoges France mark and is incised with 31 PPL.
