Antique Limoges Bavaria Austria 14 pc Dresser Vanity Set Hand Painted Signed
This one is a beauty. Pieces are marked differently - Limoges, Uno Bavaria, OEG Austria, or unmarked. If you do not wish to have the damaged items, please let me know. Large tray measures: 16.25 x 13 inches.
No chips or cracks, the gold is worn in areas. The backside appears to have had an "H" carved into it. The painting on here is just gorgeous. The tray is stamped Limoges France. The lid is damaged and chipped.
There is a chip on the rim of the receiver and a large crack on the inside that runs to the inside of the receiver. The diameter at the mouth is 4.25 and it stands a little over 3 1/2 inches tall with the lid on. The receiver is not marked, but it is signed Wells. Candle holder appears to had a chip on the rim which someone filled in and/or painted. Stamped Favorite Bavaria and signed M.Stands almost 5.75 inches tall and has a diameter of 3.75 inches at the base, and a diameter of 2 inches at the top. 4 piece matching beaded shakers.
Three shorter ones stand approx. Gold is worn, and some of the beads are worn off.
One of the shakers has chips on the bottom, and another has a crack. Tall shaker measures just under 4 inches, and has a diameter of 2.5 inches at the bottom. Rough areas along the bottom of this shaker.
Shaker with strip measures 2 1/4 inches tall. Stamped JR and I think signed Wells. Tall shaker measures 5 1/4 inches with a diameter just under 2.5 inches. The top of the shaker is dented in - I do not believe it is damage. Broken ewer/pitcher - not stamped. From what is left of it, stands 5 1/4 inches tall. Shaker tray measures 5.5 x 3 inches. I think signed wells, and engraved numbers on the bottom of 1128. Large chip on a corner. Trinket box - measures 2.5 x 3 inches and stands approx. 2 inches tall - signed Wells & stamped OEG Royal Austria. Chip to a corner on the inside of the lid.
