Antique Jean Pouyat Limoges Floral Hand Painted Dresser Vanity Tray Currants

  
This is a superb antique Jean Pouyat Limoges dresser or vanity tray that is beautifully hand painted. The artist composed champagne colored currants or grapes and vines with soft purple blooms tucked around to make a gentle and beautiful combination.

This is a lovely Pouyat rectangular mold with embossed flourishes and a graceful curving scalloped rim. The highlights and rim are painted in gold and the artistry is excellent on this vanity tray.

It measures 12.25" long by 8" wide and is in near perfect condition, free from chips, cracks or crazing with light wear to bottom. It has the green J.
