The compote measures 4 1/2 inches or 11.4 cm high to the top rim, and is 8 1/4 inches or 21 cm wide from corner to corner across the top rim. The compote features hand painted roses in pretty pinks on a yellow ground. The piece is signed with the artist initials on the top corner.

This piece is painted outside of the Limoges factory on an unmarked Limoges porcelain blank. The piece is in excellent condition.
