The plates are scalloped and hand painted, each decorated with different motifs of flowers and adorned with gold gilding. They are each marked with 19th century Haviland Limoges marks (Mary Frank Gaston's "Collectors Encyclopedia Of Limoges" pg 187). There are no chips cracks or repairs. Due to item manufacturing date normal wear is to be assumed given the age. We consider pot stones, crazing, and kiln spots as such.
